With Ireland’s largest mountain dominating the horizon, the scenery of the area was stunning and the towns were even more quaint and picturesque.

While you will get places faster (and I probably wouldn’t have had the fender bender on Monday), you won’t get see much as you by-pass every town and there is no place to pull over to take photos.

I like to vary my workouts – especially my cardio. So on the weekends I treat myself by running 6 miles in the park or cycling for as long as I can go. Sleeping on it didn’t really give me a solution to my Ireland Dream Trip, but it did give me courage. 

Here's what I've come up with -- instead of booking the cycling part of the trip with a tour, I’m now going to create my own trip that fits within my time and money boundaries.

The cave hotel I found is located in Cappadocia, Turkey -- and very cool looking. It only opened in May 2011 so it's brand new.

Yes, I am counting down them down – but only because I was a little less dedicated during my first four weeks on being on the program than I should have been.

Every morning I wake up before 5 a.m. and get ready for our day. It’s still dark outside as my roommate and I walk across the hostel grounds to the place where we have our 5:30 a.m. devotionals and at first it seemed really early...and really strange.

There really is a Napa Valley wine train. I should know. I rode it this weekend and it was pretty cool. 

The antique train takes passengers on 36 mile round trip through the Napa valley. While it’s chugging along you get to feast on either a gourmet lunch or a dinner AND you get to tour a vineyard. See…I told you it was cool.
